Let’s face it, some applications (Like “Hardware Growler”) Have a Dock Icon thats, well, useless. I want to keep the application running, but i don’t need the dock icon, so I’m going to hide it.
This can actually be used for any applications you run on your Mac, and is quite simple.
all we need to do is insert a little bit of code:
[key]NSUIElement[/key]
[string]1[/string]
- into the applications “Info.plist” file. Here is how to do it:
